As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. Deposits

A standard deposit of at least 20% is required to process furniture orders. Remaining payment is due upon time of delivery or pickup. We will hold gladly hold product if you are not quite ready for delivery, however, we must have payment in full within 20 days of receipt of your order. Pillows, fabric orders, table pads, etc. must be paid in full at time of order.

Mobley Furniture Outlet (MFO) accepts cash, personal or cashier's checks, and most major credit cards. Also, convenient financing options are available with approved credit.

Does MFO offer a warranty with purchase?

Yes, MFO offers what we believe to be the "BEST" warranty in the furniture business at no additional charge and we put it in writing. Click Here to view our exclusive warranty policy. MFO also offers extended warranties through Guardian and Ultrashield some of which cover up to 10 years from date of purchase. There is an additional charge for these warranties, so please ask a sales associate about these options.

How does MFO’s pricing work?

We show two prices on our tags, the manufacturer's suggested retail price, and our everyday sale price. The sale prices generally are from 30% to 60% off the retail price. In addition, many items may be marked lower with a clearance tag. These items are usually discontinued floor samples, are sold as-is, and are reduced for a quicker sale.

Does MFO have a low price guarantee?

Absolutely. We are an outlet center and operate on as low an overhead as possible to bring you the best prices and value for your money. If you find the identical item for less, we will gladly meet the price or refund the difference. Due to increasing costs, we must limit this policy to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Does MFO have interior designers?

MFO has some of the best interior designers in middle Georgia. Our design service includes one free hour of consultation in your home (within 45 miles of our stores).

How long does it take for special orders?

Special order time varies by manufacturer and item purchased. In most cases, your order will arrive in our warehouse within 4-6 weeks. This is highly variable and we often receive product within a few days of the order. Ask your salesperson at time of purchase for the time frame on your specific items. Please feel free to contact us via phone or our contact page if you would like for us to check on your order. SPECIAL ORDER NOTES: Any item ordered from a factory at the time of purchase is considered to be a special order. Special orders are NOT subject to cancellation, refund, or exchange. The availability of an item is estimated at time of purchase based on the particular manufacturer. MFO is not responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise due to the manufacturer or trucking company.

Does MFO deliver and set up your furniture?

Yes, for a minimal fee MFO's professionally trained delivery associates will deliver and completely set up your new furniture for you. All furniture will be completely assembled and deluxed. We inspect and blanket wrap on our delivery trucks. NOTE: Mobley will not hang wall art/mirrors or put electronics in media centers.

Customer's Responsibilities

Please review your order carefully, and double check to ensure accuracy. We ask that you have your area ready in advance of the arrival. If you are physically unable to move your existing furniture, MFO will gladly assist. However, MFO assumes no responsibility for any damage that may occur to the furniture or your home in moving a customers personal items. Please make sure you let our delivery manager know if something needs to be moved so he can allow extra time for delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure the space for the new furniture. This includes the path needed to get the furniture from the front door to the desired location. If the furniture will not fit, the delivery crew is instructed to leave it in the best location available. When a clear path is not available, MFO is not responsible for potential damage to narrow halls, doorways, or stairwells, etc. Our delivery personal should let you know when there is a potential for damage due to a difficult delivery.

When does MFO deliver?

MFO delivers Monday thru Friday. The area is divided into territories to make the delivery process more efficient. See your sales professional for delivery days to your home. Special delivery days can often be arranged, however, there may be an additional delivery charges for special deliveries. Our delivery process is set up to make a complete delivery upon arrival of all your furniture. We can sometimes arrange multiple deliveries, however there may be additional delivery charges for this.

What if I want to Pickup my Furniture?

MFO's warehouse is available for pickups Monday - Saturday from 9am to 5:30pm. There are no pickups allowed on Sunday. We ask that you please call ahead and give at least a 2 hour notice when coming to pickup. This gives us time to open and inspect and notify you of any damages or issues. Please have a copy of your invoice for all pickups. Once the merchandise leaves our premises, MFO will not be responsible for any damage caused by loading, transporting, or mishandling. Please inspect the loading to make sure the items are secured to your satisfaction. We do NOT recommend loading without first inspecting the product.
